Gift certificates are valid from twelve months from the purchases date and must be paid in full within 7 days in which you received the gift certificate.

Vouchers are not refundable for money.

PLEASE NOTE:

We have two ways in which we can send you the voucher. The first being an emailed copy and the second being a posted copy (the posted copy will be printed and laminated).

If you wanted the posted option, there is a $10.00 postage and handling surcharge.
